Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

1. How does shipping and delivery work?

• Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your item(s) and package it, so please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your order. Orders with expedited shipping will be given the highest priority and can be expected to be sent out within 24-48 hours during the business week. 
• All orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder as well.
• For orders with multiple items, some items may be shipped separately depending on where they are stocked. For these orders, you can still expect all your items to arrive within the given shipping period based on the type of shipping selected.

2. How long will my order take for delivery?

• Shipping and delivery times differ based on the type of shipping you select at checkout. Processing times on orders can take up to 3 business days to ship. Below are the estimated transit times for each type of shipping.
• Economy Shipping (4-8 Business Days)
• Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
• Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

3. What shipping carrier do you use?

• Our orders either ship with United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the package. We can only use USPS when delivering to PO Boxes.

4. Where can you ship to?

• At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.  Orders cannot be placed in regions outside of the US.
